Learn practical skills while having adventures with friends
The Cub Section is the second section of the Scouting Movement for young people aged 8-10½.
We aim to provide a fun range of activities which give the Cubs a chance to run around, learn interesting things, do activities in groups and on their own, play sports and games, make things, visit new places, meet other Cubs, go on group and district camps, earn badges etc. and we aim to do all this in the spirit of friendship.
Recognised by their green sweatshirts, Cub Scouts enjoy making friends, playing games, going on visits and helping others. We have a strong Cub Pack with around 30 young people enjoying excitement and adventures. They meet once a week on a Monday evening between 7:30pm and 8:45pm.
